Growth Arc provides done-for-you marketing funnel design, advertising management, and related consulting on a monthly retainer basis, as described on our website and in any agreement we sign with you. The specific scope is defined by the tier and statement of work agreed between us.

2. Fees & payment

• Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance, as per the selected tier.
• Advertising spend is separate and paid by you directly to the advertising platforms (e.g. Meta). It is not included in our retainer.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which will be added where required.

3. Refund & Cancellation

• Engagements run on a monthly basis. Either party may cancel with [X days] written notice before the next billing cycle.
• Because work begins immediately on a retainer, fees for the current month are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
• Any advertising spend already committed to platforms is non-refundable by us.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you (funnel assets, creatives, copy) are yours to keep. Our underlying frameworks, methods, and tools remain our property.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the [one month / three months] preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
